1. How much do tickets cost?
Ticket prices vary depending on sector chosen and type of ticket (child, adult and family packs). For more information on price's click here.

2. What is the "Experiência VIP" ticket?
This is a ticket created for real ice fans. The price of the ticket includes:
- Personalised ticket
- Fast track
- Best seats in the room (row A, central)
- Meet & Greet with the cast*
- Exclusive photo with the cast
- Merchandising item
*Meet & Greet is held with the cast of the session in question.
3. Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets for the show through our online ticket office, at our local ticket offices (inside Alegro Alfragide from October 21st or inside the AM Arena from December 1st), at SeeTickets, at Ticketline or at any of the regular ticket box offices (eg FNAC, Worten, etc.).
4. On what dates is the show on stage?
From December 1st, 2022 to January 8th, 2023. For more information, check our calendar here.
5. In which dates can I see Carolina Deslandes or IRMA?
Show dates, with Carolina Deslandes or IRMA as Cinderella, can be consulted here.
The show's cast is not fixed and may undergo last minute changes for reasons outside of our control, this not being a reason for tickets exchanges or refunds.
6. How long is the show?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes, with a 10-minute break.
We advise all visitors to arrive at AM Arena approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
7. From what age can children attend?
By determination of the IGAC (General Inspection of Cultural Activities), this show is classified for children over 3 years old.
Children under 3 years old will not be able to enter. In case of doubt, you may be required to certify the age of the child.
8. Do all children and adults have to have a ticket?
Yes. All children must have a ticket and a designated seat, even if they choose to sit on an adult's lap during the show. All adults must have their own ticket.
9. How early should I arrive to the show?
We advise all visitors to arrive at AM Arena approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
10. Can I bring people with special needs?
AM Arena has adapted access, facilities and reserved seats for people with reduced mobility and accompanying people (located in row A, four seats for reduced mobility and four seats for accompanying people - one person for each reduced mobility ticket).
Reduced Mobility seats are located in the 1st row of the auditorium, with 1st sector prices being applied. Discounts for children and family packs can be applied, or other active discount campaigns.
To purchase Reduced Mobility tickets, please go to the show's ticket office inside Alegro Alfragide, from October 21st, or inside AM Arena from November 30th, or contact AM Live's Support Line by phone 707 919 280 or by email at info@am-live.pt.
11. Can I take pictures and videos during the show?
Yes. We invite all our visitors to take photos without flash, or short videos of the most amazing moments of our musical on ice, and share them with the ones they love most using our Hashtags!

However, filming of the entire show or the use of tripods or any other type of support is not allowed, as this could affect the experience of other spectators.
12. Do you host birthday parties?
No, but we have special prices for groups.

13. Do you have group discounts?
Yes. We consider groups with a minimum of 25 people eligible for a discount.

14. Are there public transports to AM Arena?
Yes. You can reach AM Arena in Alegro Alfragide by bus via the following lines: 001 departure Algés, 149 departure Mira Sintra, 020 departure Amadora Sul and 113 departure Belém.
15. Where can I park?
Alegro Alfragide has 2,500 free parking spaces. Any parking area will give access to the venue.
16. Can I bring food to the show?
We have a bar service with delicious and irresistible items. Only these items are allowed inside AM Arena's auditorium.
17. Can I exchange or return the tickets I bought?
You can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before the session date of the purchased ticket and subject to availability.
For exchanges of tickets purchased on the website, at SeeTickets or one of its partners, please contact SeeTickets directly by entering the customer service area here. After filling in the required data you will find a contact form where you can request the desired exchange.
For exchange of tickets purchased from Ticketline or one of its partners, please contact Ticketline directly.
To exchange tickets purchased at the AM Live box office, please go there (inside the shopping centre or at the AM Arena, on session days).
There are no refunds.
18. What is the Support Line office schedule?
Until November 29th:
Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 6:30 pm
From November 30th:
Monday to Friday – 9:000 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday, Sundays and holidays – 10:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Closed December 24th, 25th and 31st and January 1st
